Been a rough few days

Hi Sparkfriends, hope everyone is doing well.

This has not been a great week for me so far. I've been really stressed trying to finish up final projects for this semester, and because I've been so busy and out and about most of the day, I have had to get food on the go, which has lead to some not so great food choices. I hate having to eat more than one meal out a day because not only is it usually not very healthy, I also try to spend alot of money during the week and try to only eat out on the weekends when I can go with my hubby. If I were a better planner and less of a procrastinator I could've plaanned ahead and packed lunches so that I could have avoided this. Oh well. The semester is almost over, and I am hoping on getting back on track soon. I am participating in a 4 week weight loss challenge in one of the sparkteams I am a part of, and I am really hoping to be successful with that (this week was week one.)

    you'll be fine! if there is ever a month to give yourself some wiggle room-- it's the month of christmas and finals! just don't allow yourself to ''give up'' completely... you can do this.
