Another day of my Slim in 6 DVD - Start it up (day 3). I should be able to go on to week 2 (Ramp it Up) next week - it's all coming back pretty fast and I'm not stumbling all over myself as I work out. I followed that 25 minute exercise video with my 35 minute strength training DVD.
It kind of kicked my butt doing both of them back to back. When I got done hubby and I went out for 50-cent wing night at our local sports bar (I limit myself to 6 wings and a small amount of fries) and then I did 50 jumping jacks when I got home.
I think I will do some walking tomorrow along with my exercise . Friday I am scheduled to run 7 miles for my 10K training schedule - hopefully the weather is still nice. Hubby said we are supposed to get cold weather this weekend with possible snow even.
I need to get the Christmas tree out of the attic and put together tomorrow. Hopefully I don't have a bunch of lights burned out when I get it assembled. We also need to get lights up on the house before the weekend and the weather turns.
