DEAR SELF:

Here is a list of your accomplishments from 2012! I wanted to remind you that even though you didn't quite get to your goal weight for 2012, you have definitely accomplished a good many things!! You have finally reached ONEderland, you have a lot more confidence in yourself, you are a lot more healthier, you have become so much stronger, and BEST of all you look better now at this weight than you did at 170 (your goal weight) prior to gaining all that baby weight.
