Take two

Wednesday, December 05, 2012

There is something to be said about thinking positive. I mean really deciding to think positive.

I had the opportunity to listen to part of the Gabriel Method by John Gabriel. It is being published on audio, and I had the opportunity to listen to the beginning. Since then I have been telling myself I have no need to protect myself by being fat, that I can release the fat to be healthier.

So I have been trying to get my sleep. Take my vitamins. Release stress. Breathe. Drinking my water.

When I stepped on the scale this morning, it was down two pounds.

That is wonderful! Sometimes you just have to shake up your routine and get things moving! Hopefully, the trend continues for you!

Oh sweet! I think I'll try that too. I know there's a mental component effecting things around here. Thank you for reminding me.

Congratulations! I do find that being positive can help in so many ways. However, it's easier to be positive on some days than others. LOL. Keep up the amazing work!
