The difference in my day a recommendation

Working out in the morning has been better for me, and I realized, that I can be a morning person. Who knew? I have read many an article about how working out in the morning revs up your metabolism. When you work out in the morning, you get it out of your way. All of this is very true. I don't need to worry about it later in the day, or find time to do it, and I feel all throughout the day that a weight has been lifted off my shoulders- and soon my body.
For the longest time I made excuses "I'm not a morning person" Guess what? I just surprised myself.
