Today's weigh in is the FIRST for December, 4 weeks left of the year. Every 7 days I'll do a weekly weigh in to keep track of my progress.
Weight : 274 Lbs (+2 Lbs this week, It's that time of the month and I had a bad weekend so I'm not really worried about this weight gain.)
