WW 360

So, have been doing what I said I would this month, floor exercises, logging food, most days 20 min of walking, or tai chi, something.

Last night went to WW mtg where they unveiled new 360 way of doing things. I think I might like it. Also, found out about Active Link that you clip anywhere to moniter your activity, really cool & not as expensive as I feared, may get one.

Only a couple weeks to heading to IL...I can tell I am gonna be a couple pounds lighter. Still need to decide how exactly I want to log. I seem to find more interesting personal stories on here, so I think here for communtiy...blogging could be done on both using paste, I suppose.
Or, could g to old fashion paper. I don;t have as much in my journals when I am on the computer so much, and I need to be out & about more than sitting all the time...need to decide by the 1st.
