For today I did a 30 minute walk instead of a rest day. I took my dog for a long walk that he loved since he didnít get one yesterday since it was drizzly and cold out.
I feel as if now that I am doing more I am getting hungrier again. So I have to start to focus on eating the right foods to fuel my body for training yet still take off pounds or inches I hope.
I need to do some reading to learn a little more about what foods will be good for me. So that is my new project when I have free time.
