Middle of the week pull to eat crazy. Always hits me and still struggling to maintain control. Work stress is better today, have gotten closer to finishing project before being off for a long weekend. Time off will be a struggle being away from home and work - will try to maintain a balance and still see some kind of loss for Monday. Also won't be able to do any tracking until Saturday on sparks. Keep telling myself to stay focused - one day at a time. I will do it! I will win the battle this time.
