I love to eat!

And I like to eat yummy food that does not conflict with my long-term health & fitness plan. So here are some pics of the yummy stuff I've had during the past few days.

Grilled Reuben with sauerkraut; Ham and Cheese Scrambled Eggs with Roasted Peppers and Mushrooms on Toast; Grilled Ham and Cheese with pickle spears; Tomato stuffed Tuna Salad with Olives.

You might notice an emphasis on serving size but there has been absolutely NO cutting back on flavor. None of them were more 400 calories!

I still cannot believe I'm eating so well and still losing weight!

Oh, by the way, I've shed 16 pounds in the past 2 months!!

    When I saw the title of your post, I thought to myself--oh, sister, I do too!! I really like the photos--are there recipes you used to get them under 400 cals or just cut back on portion and ingredients? Nom-nom-nom! Super congrats on the poundage lost--forevah!

    Congratulations on the weight loss. That's a very significant loss over 2 months. Well done.

    I love food with big flavor and have learned to enjoy lots of healthy dishes with great flavor and around 350 calories. In general I don't feel deprived of all those junky big flavor foods I used to eat because I am eating lots of yummy foods.

    Your recipes look delicious. Keep at it.

    Definitely no sacrificing there. Looks yummy. My meals sometimes look so much better than my husbands, it's almost embarrassing . I do offer him the same fare.
    One thing that I have noticed is that in the past I would eat several things before I found what I REALLY wanted. Now if it doesn't taste right I don't eat it because I am not going to waste my calories on something that is not satisfying.
    Nice beef stew in my crock pot. Mmmm smells good.

    I'm also amazed at how much healthy food I can eat and still lose weight. I eat more now than I did before I found SP! Sometimes I even find it difficult to eat enough. emoticon

    Yea!! Now there are 16 pounds floating around for me to snag!! LOL! I wish I could have all that stuff with the sodium in it. I love Reubens too!!
