And I like to eat yummy food that does not conflict with my long-term health & fitness plan. So here are some pics of the yummy stuff I've had during the past few days.
Grilled Reuben with sauerkraut; Ham and Cheese Scrambled Eggs with Roasted Peppers and Mushrooms on Toast; Grilled Ham and Cheese with pickle spears; Tomato stuffed Tuna Salad with Olives.
You might notice an emphasis on serving size but there has been absolutely NO cutting back on flavor. None of them were more 400 calories!
I still cannot believe I'm eating so well and still losing weight!
Oh, by the way, I've shed 16 pounds in the past 2 months!!
