I've finally gotten serious about daily exercise. (It only took 2 months on this program to make that happen.) However, I'm finding that my energy level has gotten worse, not better. I find that I'm weak-kneed after my daily walks, & I need a nap most afternoons. In the last few days, I've started taking vitamins and supplements.
I started out my program with a 10-minute walk. These days, I walk 1 mile in 25 minutes. (Is that good?) And today I did a full 35-minute bellydance workout. Yay me! (Thought I was gonna die. Maybe I should work up to that more slowly...)
Yesterday, I started a new routine of eating breakfast BEFORE my workout. There's some improvement but not much. I'm sure this will change when the vitamins and supplements kick in. (Should take about a month if I remember to take them every day.)
