I have no idea if I worked out wrong, slept wrong, stretched wrong, but dang does my right shoulder hurt!!! Just sitting here and typing doesn't feel good. Heck, breathing makes it hurt. I have random numbness in my arm, which is just so not cool. Two sleepless nights... Sigh. I'd go home and try to nap, but for the fact that I have to write rec forms for my kiddos. I'm just taking a quick mental health break for now. Hoping this gets better a little faster than it has been!

Tomorrow I run for president for my alumni organization in my area. Wish me luck! I already have my outfit planned and everything :P.

Definitely get your right shoulder and arm checked. Could be a number of things including tendonitis, infection in the joint or a torn rotator cuff or a slight tear in your rotator cuff.

Are you righthanded? Maybe you hurt it flossing! emoticon

Good luck on the upcoming election! Can you get fitness points for running for President? emoticon

Maybe you should go get that checked out , symptoms my mother had before she had a massive heart attack.... if you didn't hurt it during exercise , I wouldn't let that linger much longer... good luck hope you feel better!
