It is now undeniable that I have an wheat/glutten intolerence. I cut out wheat and glutten again and my weight went back to my "pre thanksgiving weight".
I was 228lbs the day after thanksgiving. The day before thanksgiving I was 221lbs. Today I am 222lbs. Atleast it was a quick fix, but it still sucks I cant have wheat! Oh well, better to be not bloated.
I am trying to fix my sleep schedule, Im aiming at going to bed at 9, and being asleep at 930.
As my son wakes up at 6am, and Im usually blindingly tired at that time, and I cant be.
Also getting enough sleep helps weight loss, as I have learned in the past.
I am trying to up my workouts on the elliptical, I was doing 10minutes here and there through out the day, and now Im trying to aim for 30mins all at once in the morning. Yesterday I did 25mins. Im slowly getting there. Ellipticals are a serious work out! whew.
I decided that by next october I want to be in goal range 130lbs or lighter. I want another baby, I want to thin when I get married (date is not set in stone, just next winter/fall). I want to have a lean pregnancy so bad. Getting pregnant right now, would be okay..but the weight I would gain from it would be devastating. And I would be miserable.
I want to be atleast 180lbs by my birthday, april 9th.
So heres to goals! I know I can do this. It is possible. I just need to stick to it.
