Testy, Testy

They say it takes 30 days for something to become a habit? So as SP becomes a lifestyle for me I'm noticing things bothering me that I never would have thought of in the past. For example, I rarely go out for lunch (even before joining SP), but if I do...I find myself getting really testy when I can't find the restaurant's nutrition info on site or online. Chicken lettuce wraps sounds like a good choice, but I need to see some numbers people! I want to know what I'm eating! emoticon

I hear ya!!! I think it should be mandatory for any and all places that serve food to have a detailed nutrition guideline available...

lol so what I do is eat some and leave some. Then I come home and look it up. Surprisingly someone on sparks has had it and logged it. If I am not sure about what someone on spark logged in then I re-check it with a google search and usually I can figure out how many calories.

We live in a small community & the out of town places are Olive garden, Red Lobster, steak houses, etc. when I know where I am going to eat I go on line & the name brand restaurants have their food items listed with all the calories, fat , cabs ,sodium etc etc, so I pick out what I want to eat before I go. Take care

It's frustrating isn't it? It's a sure sign of how much a habit Sparking has become!

Sometimes I wonder how I would live without 3G and wireless internet....

Me, too! I love it when I can see what the nutrition is before I order. McDonald's, of all things, is great about that. I always find myself asking or looking it up on my phone.
