A better version of me

Well over these last few months of school, work, and internship I have fallen off the wagon. I have been so busy that I completely forgot about exercise and eating well. Believe me I feel yucky physically. The last time I checked, I had gained 7 pounds. This really disappoints me BUT it's hard for me to be unhappy. I have accomplished so much these last few months. I finished 120 hours of an internship and will be done my master's degree by 12/17. Though I wasn't taking care of myself as much as I'd like to, I met a goal that I've been working towards for 3 years...I am finally going to have my graduate degree!! Now that I am almost done, it is time to start the focus on my health again so that I can continue working on a better version of me.
Currently, I weight in at 190. I have a goal to be 150 by the summer time. That means I have about 6 months to lost 40 lbs...totally doable! I plan to get back into the gym 4-5x per week, use my eliptical at home, and starting walking my dog more. I also want to make sure I'm eating about 1500-1600 per day and will adjust that according to how much I exercise. I am now mentally prepared to do this! I know that December will be hard with all of the goodies but I will do my best to not go overboard. I am so excited to be continue on with this journey of mine!
