More On My To-Do List

I need to start tracking what I eat again. I've never been a healthy eater...at all, but I have learned a lot about portion sizes and pairing my foods up so I haven't had to make drastic changes to my diet....I suppose that is why the weight takes it jolly merry time to come off.

I'm trying to seriously vamp up my exercise for this month to meet my weight loss goal and to start training for a race....And even though I have only made a few changes, the weight has increased. Okay, it was 2 pounds. But those were two pounds that I sweated and moved and danced to get rid of and they have no place coming back to me. Geesh, I'm beginning to feel like I'm in a battle with my own body. All it wants is food and to sit on that gosh darn couch and boy don't i want to. But i have my zumba class tonite, so at least I'll be getting in a little exercise and hope my muscles don't keep hurting like they have been.

So in the meantime of all my exercise that I hope to do, I shall start tracking when and what I eat in a hope to actually lose something (preferrably not my mind) this month...
