Yay for Me!

My first blog -- I'm off to a great start. I have been religiously tracking my food, exercise, water and other goals. Trying to get to 10,000 steps per day has been a huge challenge. My daughter is buying me a Fitbit for Christmas so that ought to make my tracking all the more fun! I'm serious and committed this time to changing my lazy habits and creating healthy, new habits one day at a time. I really like the SparkCoach daily pep talks and tips and the e-trackers on my phone. Makes it alot easier. I'm on a walking streak right now... and have eliminated 6 pounds since I began SP. (Not gonna say "lost" because I have no intention of "finding" them again!! ha ha.) So -- Yay Me!
