I made changes to my ticker today to a weight maintenance one as I don't think I'm going to be losing anyway weight right now and want to make sure I don't gain any weight either so figured this was a good ticker to have in my current state. I made changes to my exercise routine I am doing strength training 7 days a week alternating with lower body, upper body and core on different days. I picked out exercises that I can do for the time being.

This morning toook my form from the doctor office to the DMV to get a temporaray handicap tag that hangs in the window so I can park in hanicapped parking. Now I don't have to crutch so far. I'm really getting tired of the immbolization brace, the crutches and having to use the motorized carts in the store. The doctor doing this form makes me wonder ok just how much longer is this going to go on. I had my MRI done lastnight only took 20 minutes to have done. Should have the results in 2-3 days.

Despite my frustration I am being spoiled, my 2 youngest children have been doing the housework without me having to ask them :) even doing my laundry. My oldest isn't here he is still visiting with friends. My daughter is my chauffer and went she is out with her boyfriend and I need to get somewhere my moom drives me.

It is great that you have found exercises that you can still do. That will help your maintenance. Sounds like you have wonderful kids. It is great that they are willing to help without being asked. Hope you get good results from your MRI.
