I had to deliver a mat and my helper did not show up yesterday....
The problem was the matt weighed a bit over 200 pounds!
I lifted it as awkwardly as it was and had to bear hug lift it and
lower it a few times to get it where the store worker wanted
this 26 x 6 rolled up bugger. All was well until I got to the next
job a few hours later.. I had tore a muscle in my upper back/ shoulder
blade... Well I thought it was a small strain but today of all days
I decided to get back to my first thing workouts and it hurts at
5 to 6 when i move my head a bit... now... So I will keep it to just
walking and leg exercises for a few days to allow my back to

So the positive is that and I lost another pound..
I have been inspired by some Spark friends that have been
