I was doing Jillian Micheals Yoga Meltdown this am and I realized how extremely hard the moves were for me. I started to think back 4 yrs ago when I did yoga and cardio every day and how much I took for granted the fact that I was strong. With that thought, I pushed harder than I ever have and did my workout. I will get back to being strong.
