Wednesday - Hump Day!

Happy Wednesday!! Woke up today feeling pretty good. I've had a rocky start getting back on my diet, but I've had more successes than failures. Started back on it last thursday....started strong for the first day, & then broke it friday night @ dinner time. It wasn't horrible anyways..just ate too big of a portion of food. & then all weekend I did pretty good, was on a weekend trip with my mom & sister, and they both eat pretty healthy so I just worked with that. And I only broke my diet ONCE from monday until now. Soooo, yeah...all in all, not too bad. Just joined the sleep challenge & I'll be starting my sleep journal tonight...I'm pretty sure if I can get myself on a better sleep schedule and also get motivated to drink more water on a daily basis, I'll start (& continue to) drop LBs a little quicker. Trying really hard to be more self-aware when it comes to the things I need....& when it comes to the things that I very well know that i SHOULD be doing...like going to sleep at a decent time & drinking more water. Both pretty basic things that I just seem to slack on.
Well....that's my rant for today. More later? emoticon
