I've been learning about "happy weight" vs. "ideal weight" on the Spark Coach Program. What if there weren't any scales? How would you know that you were at a healthy weight? Instead of focusing on a certain number, focus on your ability to do things without your weight holding you back. Can you climb the stairs without being winded? Do you have energy? Do you have a zest, enthusiasm, and vitality in your life? Your "happy weight" may not match the BMI charts and that's ok. Do you feel healthy and able to participate actively in your life without being tied to a number? It's worth considering!
