Mindfully I planned
Mindfully I ate........the tuna instead of the roast beef
the green beans instead of finishing my potato with toppings
the salad and not the roll.
The hardest part of the day was last night, exhausted, one bag of caramel corn staring at me. I was right at my calorie limit for the day. Mindfully, and it was hard, I chose to knit with my hands instead of using them to add calories to my mouth.
YAY!!!! GO ME!!!!!
Long day of cooking today followed by covered dish tonight. Mindfully I'm planning.......
