I can do this. I will do this. It's a whole new day. A whole new chance to wake up and do it right. A new day to make better choices. A new day to make a fresh start. A new day to exercise and feel good about yourself. A new beginning. There is no tomorrow in this plan, there is only today. Today you will make a difference. Today you will fight. Today you will stand strong and believe in yourself. Today you will not give up. Today you will look in the mirror and tell the person who looks back just how much they mean to you. Today you will feel good. Today you will smile. Today you will give hugs and love. Today is the day. TODAY. Not tomorrow, not the new year, not next week, not this afternoon, NOW. Today starts NOW. Remember how important this is to you. Remember why you started. Remember who you are. Remember what you've been through. Remember how good you feel when you achieve your goals. Remember you CAN do this! Remember and know that you are strong and beautiful and courageous and loving and worthy. Know that right now, RIGHT NOW, is the time to believe that YOU CAN DO THIS! Right now is the time to get back on track. Right now is the time to live the life you want. Right now is the time to make your plan for the day that will make it possible for you to get through it on the right track. Make a chart. Make a list. Make a plan. Set reminders. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to make this happen. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. What are your goals for the day? What are your goals for the week? What is your monthly goal? What is your ultimate goal? Map it out. Keep it in your line of vision. Stay focused. Know, believe it is possible and doable. First goal.. Get there. No excuses. Do it. Get it. Own it. Do it. Be it. Goal 1, Let's go.

Today's Plan of Action:
Water- Make a tally list and make off every tally as you drink it to ensure you finish. Break it down. So many tallies before noon maybe and then so maybe before 6.
Food- Crack down. No Binges. Strict. Mindful. Control. NO MORE EXCUSES. YOU WILL DO THIS.
Exercise. YOU WILL EXERCISE. NO EXCUSES. YOU WILL DO THIS. PERIOD.
