Ok, so as you can tell, I've not been on for awhile. I've been using Sparkpeople, but just not blogging. I've been having some issues with my vision being blurry and (I believe) causing my month long headache. So, that's why I'm not wanting to look at my computer screen much anymore. Anyhoo...I've been doing okay I guess. I've been eating alright and doing at least 10 minutes of exercise each day (up until Sunday anyway I was). So, I can get back on track with that. I won't bother putting my list up for each day I've missed. However, here's my list for today:
Must Do:
1. Do 10 min cardio -
2. Stay within Calorie Range -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to work -
Remaining List:
1. Cook Supper or Do dishes -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Go to bed no later than 10pm -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -
I don't change my plans much because I'm working on consistency. If I notice I've been doing something for quite awhile (for example I might change my brushing teeth goal to include 2 times a day), then I'll change it. So, here's to a great day today and I'll try to get on more frequently (ie daily) to blog.
