Here are my NSV's for BLC Round 20!
My Start weight - 155

note.... ( My fitness tests were completed until exhaustion. )

::::Push Ups: 20 ( girl-friendly ) ...But I sincerely hope to be back to traditional Soon!

::::Squats: 60
::::Time 1 Mile walk or run (or 'wog'): 11:19

Chest: 36"
Bicep: 11.5"
Waist: 29"
Hips: 41"
Thigh: 19.5"





.....:::::::FINAL FITNESS TEST:::::::.....

My End weight - 145

::::Push Ups (good form to exhaustion): 15 Traditional!! ( my upper body has strengthened since the wreck! ...:::Yipee! )
::::Crunches: 500 +
::::Squats: 75 (crab)
::::Time 1 Mile walk or run (or 'wog'): 10:20 MILE!! emoticon

This is so much MORE Progress than I ever dared hope for in just 12 weeks!!
I cannot help but be ecstatic!!
