OMG! Jillian Michaels' has kicked my butt for the past two days! I almost cussed her out tonight! Workouts #5 & #6 are no joke of the Body Revolution DVD! My arms are really hurting! Those darn planks are a pain in the neck. My upper body is very weak, but I'm working on increasing my strength! So, for right now, when Jillian's doing the planks, I'm doing another ab exercise. For example, I'm doing bicycle crunches & reverse crunches! After doing these two workouts, I'm worried about the next 6 workouts! I know they're going to only get tougher if I know Jillian! I just pray that I don't throw my dumbbell through my television!

Also, I have continued to eat within my calorie range for 9 days now! I'm so proud of myself! Since, I have been back on Sparkpeople in November, I have lost 4 pounds! I'm really back on my mission on losing this weight as well as getting fit! So, here we go again, but this time I'm going to keep this weight off and be one sexy ass woman!

    emoticon emoticon Adjust the workout to where you are right now in your fitness level. The planks are good and when I started them I could only hold briefly and each time I tried staying longer and longer. Eventually you get there.
