Day 23 stats go here for WEDNESDAY!

I have compiled most of day 19, 20 and 21 stats and will post sometime soon I hope...just waiting for one or two stats.

I want to be able to post some pics with day 22, 23 and 24 so PLEASE, if you have not done so before now, please take a pic, even if it is with your phone and send it to me.

That would be great!

Seems that doing my strength training at night is working so I am not fighting it, at least I am getting it done! So why change it? It does not keep me If I do cardio it might.

Could not swim on Monday night, we had a family birthday maybe I will catch up at another time this week.

Can you believe that we are on day 23 already! I am getting a little sad that we only have a week left! :-(

    Day 23- 20 min aerobics. I will be going on 4 days longer than the rest of you because I started four days later - it will feel lonely! Beautiful roses.

    I got in my 3 walks for a total of 1.24 hrs of walking. No running, too cold and dark. I really need a treadmill. Thanks Mel for the challenge. It keeps me somewhat motivate. Life is so hectic. Can't wait for after Christmas break

    No swimming today, had a massive headache all day that got worse as the day went along! I thought that it was because I needed to eat, but that did not seem to help much, so I think it is bath and early to bed.

I did force myself to do 15 minutes strength exercises, 2 arm exercises and 1 calf raises.

Day 23: 25 mins Yoga (Seated Twist Sequence) and 5 min Butt Firming Workout (SP video)
The other day we took a short stroll on the beach - not really a workout, more meditative, so I didn't log the minutes. (I'll e-mail you a pic)

Yes - sad to think the accountability will come to an end - have to account to ourselves

Aqua Aerobics and BodyWorx studio class - 60 minutes each
30 minutes garden work - trimming /dead-heading bushes
