I am a day off my regularly scheduled program. Sunday did a cycle class and that was it. So yesterday was chest and shoulders and a really rigorous yoga class. Today was plyometrics which went pretty well.
Shakeology is going well. I am getting used to it so it seems to be surpressing my hunger. I have made a few batches of vegetable soup as well that seems to go down pretty easy and keep me full for a while. Lots of veggies, low salt and a few beans for good measure but not that many.
Overall going well. I think my diet is going to help these last 4 weeks be the best yet.
