Today's workout plan:
- Core strength training
- Swimming, half hour
- Very basic core strength exercises, about 15 minutes
- Swimming: variety of strokes, some just kicking, some just pulling. Total of 32:40 minutes got me 1000 yards.
I'm definitely out of swimming shape...not surprising after five years of very little swimming. o_O!
However, I felt relaxed afterwards, which I wasn't expecting, as well as exhausted and ready for bed, which I was expecting.
Tomorrow is a repeat of Monday. Can't wait!
