Looks like I have a bruised rib as a result of working with the trainer on Sunday.
It is uncomfortable but I continue to work out carefully and get in some cardio.
Actually I feel better after a workout. Go figure. Must be the endorphins.

The doctor has me on a Medrol Dose Pack for the arthritis flare and said it may help with the bruising as well.
Just started it today so we will wait and see.
In the meantime am drinking tons of brewed green tea.

I am so determined to attain my goals to be in great shape for my planned trip to Germany in March.

Haven't received any pictures of the new arrival yet.
I must say that patience is a virtue and that needs work at this point.

Just for today I will count my blessings and practice patience and tolerance.

    Good luck with the rib. I separated a rib from my breastbone 35 years ago while working out at a gym, and it has never healed because I didn't give it the chance at the beginning. Have a care.

    Stick with it... Stop if you feel any pain and notice what caused the pain.

    What did your trainer have you doing that bruised a rib? Sounds like a rough workout. lol Glad you are still moving and working toward your goal even with the pain.
