One thing that I have learned on both Spark People and Weight Watchers is that tracking what you eat is key to your own success. Only once this week did I partially track and I am positive that I went way off plan for that day. This is the first week since I began Weight Watchers in September that I've used all of the 49 weekly plus points. I have never used my activity points either but I may end up using some of those this week if I'm not careful! I do a much better job of eating healthy when I plan my eating in advance. This particular day, I went to a birthday party and did fairly well but I could have done better. The next time an occasion like this rolls around, I will plan my eating a little differently and have better success. Am I beating myself up over it? No way! Since I'm on a lifelong journey, one day of falling off my plan is just a little blip on my radar!
