Hmmmm..... Can't say why, but I've been tired all day. I'm going to wrap it up early and call it a day so I can get some extra rest.

I sure miss the longer days of summer & fall. Seems it's really hard to get everything done before it gets dark. At least after 21 Dec. the days will begin to lengthen again. I always look forward to that!

Couldn't do the big hill today because it rained much of the day so all of the cardio walking (90% of it) was done in the house. No strength training today.

Finished up the last of the turkey chili for dinner. It was great to have something to just warm up and not have to cook.

    smart move, not doing the hill. I made the mistake of hiking our woods on Monday when it was muddy, slipped, fell, and now everything from my left wrist (fell onto my left hand) to my elbow to my shoulder, to my neck is a mess and painful. Chiro here I come!

    I told my family I need hiking boots for Christmas since my old New Balance shoes have no tread left. LOL emoticon
