Tomorrow is my weigh day and I know I will have a gain. I didn't control a thing this weekend (bleh, stress) and I know that is the reason for the gain. The consequence of my poor choices is the set back in this week's progress. So close to the 220s.

In any case, that's my goal for the month of December: To reach the mid to lower 220s.

I also started taking my walks-with-occasional-bouts-of
-jogging (and wheezing) again yesterday. It was a lovely day, though it was too hot for December (low 70s) in my opinion. I like the cold.

Fuzzbutts keep me company on my walks.

  Sometimes life events and stress will just get in the way of our plans, it happens. The most important thing is to dust off your pants and climb back on :) emoticon
