Tuesday December 4, 2012 I need to change my calender lol.

My calender is still on November, and I just looked at it for the date. It's not even a very long job, but it's something we don't think about doing until we have to. I'm too tired to do it tonight so I'll probably wait until tomorrow, or whenever. Work went pretty good today. There were two public area cleaners so I didn't have the whole hotel to do. We still had conferences though which means we have to clean the bathrooms every so often during the day. The good thing (For me anyways) is that most of the conference were men (Contractors and builders in one area, and insurance agents in the other) Not a whole lot of woman so the bathrooms weren't very messy. Got in a short walk today, but it was against the wind all the time so it was a heavier work out. Got all my goals done yestarday, but went over my calorie range, and the 2000 calorie mark. I get the munchies when I get home. And yes I do eat breakfast, and lunch.

my goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1550 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
