trying to stay on track... walking almost every day, but not blogging ..... what is my motivation? when i work out take a long walk i can't wait to get back and track spark points... but when i just take a short walk ( 20 Minutes) i just feel like it isn't worth posting.... but i'm moving, so it's making a difference... i guess i'm just lacking motivation right now... and the season is only going to get busier.... time to start tracking shopping as exercise!
