it's doctor official. however i'm a bit disappointed that i haven't lost any weight since last Thursday.... but i'm still going to weigh in this Thursday and record it like normal. i'll also be doing my first measurements... i hope some have changed for the better!
so. i was thinking. i don't get yoga. i tried it. i didn't hate it. but.. i just didn't get much of a workout from it... and sparkpeople seems to agree with me as far as calories burned. i think i'll leave that stuff to the trendies and keep my kickboxing and weight training. at least i sweat and FEEL that stuff work.
