I am going to do a challenge with SP friend Brenda. To lose 10 lbs by February 12, 2012. I don't know why she picked the date. Maybe because it's 8 weeks... I can't remember. Anyway, I will start off tonight by getting my measurements and tomorrow I'll weigh in. I will take a body pic and post it once a week.
Brenda is setting some rules like minimum exercise amounts and eating a salad every day, so I am going to start off with some RULES for my challenge, instead of setting goals for this month.
1. Post 1 photo per week
2. Take weekly measurements
3. Exercise 10 minute minimum every day.
4. 10 glasses of water every day
5. Communicate 5x a week with Brenda
6. ST 3x a week
So that's all I'm going to set for now because I really think the challenge of losing 10 lbs is going to be tough enough!
Since it is December, I will just quickly address my November goals:
1. Workout at least 4x a week
2. Pack lunch 3x a week
3. Organize pantry
4. Get renter's/ring insurance
Whoops, no one mug me! I blame this one on John, because I can! He's a procrastinator!
5. Lose 5 lbs
I gained about 3 back
Ahh, so moving on!
Things have been ROUGH at work. I'm beyond annoyed with almost everyone I work with. I am looking forward to getting away for the holidays, but ten days on the East coast might be kind of ROUGH too. Last weekend John and I went and met up with my mom in Vegas because my aunt had all these time share points that were expiring. So we got to stay in awesome adjoining suites (it really was sort of ridiculous for only 3 people) and my mom only annoyed me like 12 times over the two days. So that's something.
