I had my goals Set for November, and I met most of them. I ran 5k in 34 minutes, I strength train with resistance bands after every cardio session, and my ending weight for November was 182lbs. With the insane weather here in Calgary ( and me being a huge wuss) I didn't get in my first out door run done, I am hoping for March depending if we get a Chinook or not. With that being Said, here are Decembers Goals!
-Run 5k in 32 Minutes
-Try a new Cardio Exercise
-weigh in at 175
-Obtain employment and keep it!! ( May not be fitness related, but this is personal for me, I am stuck in the past, and need to move past my hurt to move forward)
December is going to be a great month! My mom is going to be here in two days! I get to see both my girls participate in a Christmas Concert, and Christmas will be fantastic with our first dinner at our home!
