Apparently, sushi is diet food. I had some yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner, and this morning I came down a pound even though its got a lot of iodine and salt in it. Maybe this goes back to the whole 'setting your intent' thing. I set my intent yesterday to lose weight, and I did.
This morning I did 35 minutes of Kathy Smith's Weight Loss workout, which includes Hi/Lo cardio and upper body weights. I had fun. Its a workout from 1990, and the outfits are hilarious!!
I plan to do some yoga this afternoon.
Eats: after workout: 1 1/2 slices whole wheat french toast; 2 cups homemade hot chocolate. I'm stuffed. I took my gymnema, fish oil, and bilberry.
Planned meals: Lunch: spicy turkey chili; Dinner: ?? I need to take a turkey salad with me, I have to be out of the house and I don't want to eat commercial food.
Last night I put some grapefruit seed extract on my ears. I hope that does the trick.
