My plan for December

It's going to be a crazy month. I'm flying to Alabama for work next week, then home for three days, then to Louisiana for a week to see my boyfriend, then home on the 23rd for Christmas. I made it all the way through November with an average of 60 fitness minutes a day. I'm going to try to continue that through December, with at least 20-30 minutes a day. More when I have time. It's going to be tough, but I know I can do it. I always get derailed by the holidays, but not this time! I'll be eating out a lot while traveling, so I may not always have good food choices, but at least I can control how active I am. Sitting on a plane for 4 hours at a time is no fun, but I'm going to do my best to get and stretch frequently. I hope everyone has a healthy month!
