My plan for December

It's going to be a crazy month. I'm flying to Alabama for work next week, then home for three days, then to Louisiana for a week to see my boyfriend, then home on the 23rd for Christmas. I made it all the way through November with an average of 60 fitness minutes a day. I'm going to try to continue that through December, with at least 20-30 minutes a day. More when I have time. It's going to be tough, but I know I can do it. I always get derailed by the holidays, but not this time! I'll be eating out a lot while traveling, so I may not always have good food choices, but at least I can control how active I am. Sitting on a plane for 4 hours at a time is no fun, but I'm going to do my best to get and stretch frequently. I hope everyone has a healthy month!

    Great plan. Even if you can't follow it perfectly, you will be in so much a better place than if you had no plan.

    You've done so well in November. So much so that you've inspired me to start an exercise streak of my own. So, now is no time to slack off and lose the momentum that you've gained and inspired. Now is time to CONTINUE do what you've been doing. I look forward to your VICTORY report!
