emoticon Keep carbs under 200 at least 4 days a week-- Did not meet this goal as I had trouble staying true to tracking each day.

emoticon Earn 2200 sparkpoints---Earned 2353 so met this goal with the help of the Spark survey I completed, otherwise I probably would have been short on this one. emoticon
