Sleep Challenge Days 3, 4, 5, and yeah, I lost track...

Oh goodness! I am finding out how difficult it is to keep a journal especially when you don't get the rest you need.
I do think I have noticed a pattern though. I don't know if a pattern is a sign of progress? I'm hoping that it means my body is having some sort of inner battle "YOU WILL SLEEP
NO YOU WON'T!
" I just don't know. The pattern is: stay wide awake for several nights in a row for obscene amounts of time.....become completely exhausted......have 2-3 good nights of rest.......then back to square one. I have cut back on the caffeine though, so I'm hoping that will help. Still taking the power to sleep pills. One of these days, I shall rest once again.
All I know is that on Friday night I was wide awake until after 3 am and STILL got up at around 7 to make it to aqua zumba.
Which, I LOVED by the way! I am unable to do zumba on land because it's just too hard on my feet, so this is a great alternative. Anyway, I am keeping consistent with going to the gym and I have made it a point to go to at least 3 aquatics classes a week. I have lost a pound this week, and I am down a total of 4 since I came off that ridiculous medicine. I'm pretty excited and I am feeling better! I do plan to continue with the sleep challenge, but it's just so super hard to keep a journal when life is so busy and I'm super exhausted. I will keep trying. Thanks for all the support everyone!
