The good news:
CARDIO: 35 min & approx 250 calories
ST: 30 min focus on legs, light on arms
The bad news:
NUTRITION: Really well all day & no sugar until last night after dinner when I ate a slice of cheesecake, 4 cookies & about a 1/2 cup of cookie dough. It was good, homemade stuff with "healthier" ingredients, but still WAY too much sugar. I don't think I went over my suggested calories by a whole lot, but still... today I will not have sugar outside of fruit.
Working a 13 hr day today & then ST for abs tonight. My body is just slightly sore from my workouts & I feel more firm already. I have not measured to see if there are noticeable changes yet.
