Not a good choice. It wasn't a particularly bad day at work, but by the time I got home yesterday, I didn't want to move. "Just 10 minutes", I told myself. I blocked myself out quickly and sat in my favorite chair. I didn't get my cardio in. I can't fall into that all or nothing attitude again!
