All Or Nothing Attitude

Not a good choice. It wasn't a particularly bad day at work, but by the time I got home yesterday, I didn't want to move. "Just 10 minutes", I told myself. I blocked myself out quickly and sat in my favorite chair. I didn't get my cardio in. I can't fall into that all or nothing attitude again!

What to do next time...
DON'T SIT DOWN IN MY FAVORITE CHAIR
Remember that I just joined the "10 min. of exercise a day team"
Remember that every little bit counts
Think about that great trophy I'll get after my 28 day streak

    The idea of just ten minutes has really kept me on track and I now have a 70 day streak going! The great thing is, if you keep doing it, you really do start to see progress. I am fitter and have lost inches as well as losing weight. I am trying to start to do more now but the just doing ten minutes has really ingrained a habit into my day that I can stick with. :)
