started spark coach plateau busting program today. i will be on this program for the next 28 days. this will help me to reach an even higher committment to drop those pounds. lunch was a hot bowl of home made fresh veggie soup with crock pot cooked roast beef. next i will hook up our dog trooper to our recubent trike and go riding/running (trooper) for some laps around our neighborhood. we have a tossed salad and fresh fruit salad in the fridge for dinner.
