Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. We all have them. And yes, they come in handy some days, but lately, to me, they are just a burdenÖSo if I write down an excuse, maybe I wonít use it? Well, here is to hopingÖ

1. Iím tired
2. Iím lazy
3. I donít want to
4. Iím hungry
5. Iím cold
6. I donít want to drive to Zumba
7. The car is broken
8. Iím low on gas
9. The roads are bad
10. Its snowing
11. I think Zumba is cancelled
12. I feel fat
13. Lets go for supper instead
14. I donít want to clean off the treadmill
15. there is a mouse in the cellar
16. I donít want to get sweaty
17. I already took a shower this morning
18. The family is home
19. We only have 1 tv
20. The DVD is too long
21. The DVD is too hard
22. Canít we watch a movie instead?
23. Canít I lose weight without exercising?
24. Its hot
25. Itís cold.
26. Iím stressed
27. The last time, I was the only one in class.
28. I donít know where the class is held
29. Iím not getting into a bathing suit!
30. Its too late at night
31. I donít feel good
32. My fat is too jiggly
33. I drink too much water
34. I canít keep up
35. Its too hard
36. What if I hurt my knee again?
37. What if I hurt something else?
38. I forgot a hair scrunchy.
39. I donít have any face wash.
40. I have to go grocery shopping
41. Iím worried
42. I forgot my money
43. I forgot my Zumba card
44. Iím exhausted
45. Who has the time?
46. I have that thing to do
47. I donít like that Zumba teacher.
48. Iím already achy.
49. The couch is way too comfy.
50. My workout clothes are dirty.
