It time to change my workout! I have been working out at "crunch" for over 2 years and instead of losing weight, I gained 10 lbs :( I would love to say its muscle! But I don't think so. In order for me to get those pounds off I needed a change. I tried a boot camp called "All the way fit" in roseville and I loved it. I have lost 2 pounds which I thought would be impossible during the holidays. I think this has given me a kick start to getting me back on track. I am also using the tracker to plan my meals which I know is an important key in getting those stubborn pounds off.
