I have been doing the 11 minute chair cardio workouts and they have gotten me motivated...I am going for a 30 minute walk today...joining a gym next weekend so that I can get started on some water aerobics..walk the track or treadmill and check out some of the fitness equipment...I am totally into getting healthy..NOT skinny....that is my goal! Oh yeah...I have lost 2 lbs so far...yay me!!
