good morning

Tuesday, December 04, 2012

Good morning, let the day begin.. Woke up feeling very blessed. A warm home, an amazing husband beside me and beautiful kids. What more could i ask for? God has blessed me with these people and this home. Even with this great family, i still lack the desire to get myself in good health, yes i do try but not hard enough. As most mom's, we tend to put ourselves last on the list. I have done this so long, it is just taking me awhile to understand that i can't help others if i can't fix myself first. SO im putting myself priority so i can keep healthy and be here for my family.!!!!

I don't think it's just Mom's that are used to putting everyone before themselves. I think it's women in general. We are trying to learn that we're equal, but for years it was our jobs to take care of everything inside the home and sometimes even outside the home too. So, we'll get there. You are doing a great job! Keep up the awesome work!

Great idea! When you are worrying about everyone else t can be hard to do for yourself, but you just need to be aware of your time. Commercials and while kids are in school is a perfect time to get 30 minutes of doing something.

You will master this. It's just very hard when you are taking care of a full family, but stating that you are trying is the frist point. And remember that you are blessed with a wonderful family... can you get one of the to walk with you after school? Drag the entire family into it and chat about your day while you are walking in a pack!

Good going!
